It is very common for the sweeping and washing vehicle to fail to work due to misoperation, so drivers must be vigilant about such situations. First, let's talk about the high-pressure water sprayed by the sweeping vehicle for cleaning operations. If the usage and operation methods are incorrect, it may lead to human accidents. Therefore, it should be operated with caution.


The following is the operation method of the sweeping and washing vehicle

(1) If there is a lot of sediment and it is not cleaned thoroughly in one go, the sweeping and washing vehicle can be used repeatedly.

During the cleaning operation, if the pressure is stable, to protect the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge switch can be turned off. However, as soon as there is any change in the working condition, the pressure gauge switch should be turned on immediately to monitor the pressure change

②. If the water level is at a dangerous level, operations should be immediately halted and water should be added.

(2) The sweeping and washing vehicle retracts for cleaning

One person operates the hose holder to protect the high-pressure rubber hose

②. Place the hose winding handle in the "winding" position, and the hose winder rotates counterclockwise to wind the high-pressure rubber hose.

③. The speed control knob should be adjusted appropriately according to the amount of sludge to adjust the pipe closing speed.

④. Open the needle valve for washing the pipe;

⑤. Increase the throttle to make the water pump speed reach 1000-1200 revolutions per minute before cleaning.

⑥. When the nozzle approaches the entrance, adjust the small hand throttle to make the water pump rotate at a lower speed for operation until this section of the sewer is cleaned.

(3) The parking position for the sewer cleaning operation of the sweeper

①. The cleaning vehicle should be parked in a straight line at the caisson of the sewer. If the parking position is not suitable, it will not only reduce the operation efficiency but also shorten the service life of the rubber hose.

②. The cleaning vehicle should be parked at the downstream wellhead of the section of the sewer to be cleaned, facing downstream.

When the pipeline is completely blocked and there is a large amount of sediment, the cleaning operation should start from the caisson downstream of this section.

b. Generally, the cleaning operation can start from the upstream caisson.


(4) Operation of the water pump drive for the sweeping and washing vehicle

The following contents should be checked before driving:

Operation cabinet ①. Place the hand throttle at the "small" position; ②. The high-pressure three-way valve is placed in the "return water" position.

Hydraulic system ①. Whether the oil tank is filled with sufficient oil; ②. Whether the two stop valves under the fuel tank are open;

Waterway system ①. Whether the water tank is filled with clear water; ②. Whether the stop valve is open; ③. Are there any blockages on the filter? ④. Check the lubricating oil level in the crankcase of the water pump;

Key point: Place the pipe rolling handle in the "stop" position. Set the speed control knob to the "slow" position. The pressure gauge switch is set to the "off" position. Place the wash pipe in the "off" position. After confirming that all the above items are in the correct positions, start the engine, move the water pump clutch control lever on the transfer case backward, and the water pump can then rotate at a low speed.

(5) General Precautions for Sweeping and washing vehicles

When working, the operator must not leave the operation cabinet to handle any unexpected accidents in a timely manner.

②. When working, first use a pipe wrench to send the nozzle into the pipe, then open three valves. Do not approach the nozzle to avoid injury.

③. Do not use high pressure when transporting water, washing cars or cleaning walls.

④. Clean water should be used. Sewage not only shortens the lifespan but also causes cavitation when in use.

(6) Water supply method for the water tank of the sweeping and washing vehicle

Before water supply, the filter should be inspected and cleaned.

②. Screw one end of the water delivery belt into the fire hydrant or water supply vehicle, and screw the other end into the water supply buckle on the right side in front of the water tank.

③. When supplying water, the water level can be observed from the water level gauge on the instrument panel.
