After-sales service is an important pillar in the pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale links of our company. Especially in recent years, with the continuous improvement of the company's capabilities and the expansion of export trade, the after-sales service system has been perfected.

Iv. Service Institution: The after-sales service department under the sales company is responsible for the company's after-sales service work and the management of the service work of each overseas branch.
Service principle
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the user manual and operates the vehicle normally, within one year from the date of purchase (as per the vehicle's factory registration card) and within a mileage of no more than 25,000 kilometers, if the product components are damaged due to design or assembly reasons, after being appraised by the relevant auto service station and supervisory department, Please submit the written materials to our after-sales service department within three working days. After confirmation by the after-sales service department, the "three guarantees" service will be implemented.
The specific services are as follows
During the "three guarantees" period, the product quality is mainly guaranteed by repair, and the repair fee is waived (excluding consumable parts and electrical components).
2. Lifetime warranty. For products beyond the warranty period that require replacement of parts, only the relevant cost will be charged.
3. Free training for operators
Our factory will arrange engineers to provide on-site guidance, covering both theoretical learning and practical operation.
