The hot asphalt added to the asphalt tank must reach a working temperature of 160 to 180 degrees Celsius. For long-distance transportation or prolonged operation, a heating device can be used for insulation, but it cannot be used as an oil melting furnace. Asphalt overflows.

When heating the asphalt inside the tank with a burner, the height of the asphalt must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber; otherwise, the combustion chamber will be burned out.

5. If the asphalt pump and pipelines are blocked by solidified asphalt, the pump should not be forcibly rotated. A blowtorch can be used for baking, but direct baking of ball valves and rubber parts should be avoided.

When starting to spray asphalt at the beginning, the vehicle should start slowly and keep a low speed. Do not step hard on the accelerator to prevent damage to components such as the clutch and asphalt pump.
